the location near the airport, mall, and metro station made exploring easy. the Filipino staff, especially Maryam, provided excellent service. We extended our stay from 3 to 6 nights due to the delightful experience. the hotel's design with vertical bamboo motives added a unique touch to the ambiance. Special mention to staff members like Mr Rick, Mr Joseph, Mr Basharat, and Mr Hospal who enhanced our experience.

The standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Pratikcha and Aurangzeb, who were extremely helpful and kind-hearted. However, there was a major issue with the check-in process, where I was mistakenly charged twice and faced a lengthy and unresolved payment refund process.

The rooms were cozy and the shower was amazing! But the staff needs to improve their customer service. I LOVED the spa facilities. Would stay again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel that surpassed my expectations in many ways. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the in-room dining service was convenient with tasty choices available 24/7. the hotel's location, near the metro station, made it convenient to explore Dubai with ease.

One area for improvement could be providing clearer information about extra charges, such as for snacks in the room. the hotel could benefit from offering more child-friendly amenities or being closer to the beach for families travelling with kids.

The beds are like sleeping on clouds and the metro station is a short walk away, super convenient for us. Lucky us, we got a private beach shuttle when we were the only guests that day. Sojan, the driver was so nice and chatty. The swimming pool is nice and clean. Can't wait to return! 🌟

The hotel was beautiful with a fabulous pool and nicely appointed rooms. The location was great, within walking distance of City Centre and Al Garhoud Hospital. The staff, especially the young man at the cafe and Grace at the reception, were super friendly and helpful.

Nearby landmarks such as the TWO M art Gallery and Dubai Museum offered great family bonding opportunities.
